At Velora Jewels, every order is carefully reviewed to maintain quality and service standards. However, there may be certain situations where we are unable to process an order.

Velora Jewels reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including:

Limited product availability
Errors in pricing or product details
Payment authorization issues
Fraud detection flags

If your order is cancelled after payment, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within standard banking timelines.

REFUND, RETURN, EXCHANGE & REPLACEMENT POLICY

7-Day Easy Returns (Store Credit Only)

We offer a 7-day easy return policy from the date of delivery.

How it works:

1. Return the product within 7 days
2. Get store credit (no refunds)
3. Store credit valid for 30 days

Eligibility:

1. Product must be unused and unworn
2. Original packaging must be intact
3. Return request within 7 days of delivery

Additional Notes:

1. Reverse shipping charges may apply
2. Store credit issued after quality check
3. Replacement Policy (Damaged / Incorrect Items)

We offer free replacement if:

1. Product is damaged during transit
2. Wrong product delivered
